Summer Worldschooling Alps Hub 2026

A pop-up summer community for travelling families in the heart of the French Alps. Summer here means epic hikes, alpine lakes, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, kayaking, hut sleepovers, fresh air and nature everywhere. Families can do things together or simply enjoy being in the same place while each family follows its own rhythm. Like the winter SKI Hub, this is a NO FEE Summer Hub, simply about bringing like-minded worldschooling families together in the same place at the same time. What naturally emerges is a rhythm of shared adventures, strong friendships for the kids, and a really nice balance between independence and community. There’s no fixed program and no pressure. Families live close to each other and things unfold organically. All the organisers are volunteers and there is no formal program, although we are planning some exciting group activities. Each family remains responsible for their own travel arrangements and childcare, and it’s up to them what they make of the hub. Expect lots of new friendships, shared adventures on and off the slopes, and countless opportunities for learning and development.
