Green Planet Mura Hokkaido Fall Hub

Starting September 20 (tweens) and October 20 (younger kids), Green Planet Mura welcomes families to its intentional community in Otaru, Hokkaido. In five years, GP Mura has grown from two houses to nine, offering a safe, peaceful space where locals and travelers connect amid northern Japan’s natural beauty. Children learn through a student-centered, holistic approach led by certified teachers, with classes in log-house classrooms, outdoor play areas, and access to instruments and technology. A minimum one-month stay supports continuity and family well-being. Alongside learning, families join workshops, festivals, field trips, and shared community life, making GP Mura an enriching base for worldschoolers, digital nomads, and slow travelers alike.
